Shipping- International & Domestic

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery country, shipping method, number of ordered items and total weight.

International packages will be mailed via Royal Mail International (Tracked) Please email us at time of purchase if you would like to add complimentary signature on delivery. Shipping times are estimated to be 6-7 working days for the US & International, 3-5 days for Europe. USPS will deliver packages once they arrive to the US.

Taxes & Duty for US customers: We are currently using the PDDP Royal Mail service for International customers. PDDP helps us to calculate & absorb most additional import charges up front when generating a shipping label. Please note, that although we are doing our best to calculate & cover fees, at times, customs charges / import duties may still be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Guajardo Studio are not liable for any additional fees.

UPS: International Express: 2-3 days. Please note when using this service, depending on the size of your order, some products take 5 days to complete. We will do our very best to fulfil your order if you need your item within a shorter timeframe. We are currently using the UPS DDP service for your item to clear customs smoothly. Shipping rates shown on the website reflect the price for express shipping with a small amount of the additional UPS processing fees added. 

Domestic UK parcels will be sent via Yodel, Evri or Royal Mail, with most services taking a couple of days.

Please note; Shipping rates & companies are subject to change as more options become available.

Product prices may vary based on your location to reflect local currencies, taxes and exchange rates.

Returns

International: Currently we do not offer free international returns, although please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Online Domestic : All sales are final although exchanges are possible, when the item is in original, unused condition.

Independent retail locations: Return policies vary per store. 

Wholesale Clients;
Please review all items on arrival. Faulty / damaged Items on arrival may be replaced. We kindly request that any items which are faulty / damaged on arrival are returned to the studio for repair.
